Helps calm my racing mind when I need sleep
Best supplement for sleeping I have found. Just wish they had a 10 mg, sometimes 5 isn’t enough.
Five mg of melatonin isn't enough for me; however, when I add it to a 3 mg time-release that I have, bingo, a great night’s sleep!
